October 15th 5:00pm – SMID “Snapshot”

  • All employees, hire and termination dates must be up-to-date
  • Resolve any records in Error, Unresolved or Staff Sync

November 22nd 5:00pm – STAFF Submission Due

  • Official STAFF uploads may begin October 19th and are required to be completed by November 22nd
  • All Job Assignments (Codes, FTE, Location, etc.)  and Certifications (Type, Trad/Alt Routes, Prep, etc.) must be up-to-date
  • This data is cross-referenced by NJSMART to the Snapshot data from October 15th
  • Make sure all data is accurate, uploaded and released by the deadline
