Staffing Changes: How to Keep the Help Desk Informed

When you have a change in staff, please make us aware so that we can update the Help Desk. This will notify us to share a Welcome Packet with the new employee and gives them access to sign up for Training Classes, review documentation, and place calls and emails to our support. You can update us on staffing changes by:

If you opt to call or email, please be prepared to provide your district, the new employee’s name, email address, phone number & extension, title, and user type (Accounting, Payroll, HR).
